J-Skillz da Bandman is repping Hip Hop with amazing energy and undeniable talent. As a producer, songwriter and rapper, J-Skillz has captivated fans with his new song “Simon Sayz,” which fuses a variety of popular dances into the lively club track. He is currently working with Gracie Productions, and just completed a video for the single which will debut in May.
Drawing influence from both his humble beginnings in Laurel, Mississippi and his more progressive lifestyle in Louisville, Kentucky, J-Skillz is a lover of family, arts, sports, animals, natural beauty and, of course, music.
The young performer is destined to be the next great Hip Hop personality. His upcoming album promises to bring comedy and fun, blended with J-Skillz‘ own brand of truth and fortitude. His music is a fiery combination of lyrical southern rap with extraordinary swag, mixed with a little bit of soul and gospel feel.
“I want people to recognize my many talents and abilities, but at the same time see me as a light in the industry,” says J-Skillz. Musically, I’m mainly for the young generation. I just strive to be my best. I’ll leave it up to the people to label the music while I just do me.”
